Von Paws Mobile Canine Spa & Care is a luxury service committed to providing you and your beloved dogs with professional, high quality, and individualized attention. We don't just help your furry companion stay clean, we help them stay healthy. With over 12 years of experience, our business revolves around a code of ethics for animal welfare, sincerity, unbiased education, and scientific advancements. We are enthusiastic dog owners ourselves, and understand just how important it is to have someone you can confidently trust to tend to them. The process, tools, and handling that we implement have been meticulously developed to maintain safety and gentleness. - We only use patience and positive reinforcement training techniques when interacting with your dogs. Our spa also goes the extra mile by providing unique and specialized services such as cold salt water therapy, obedience consults, 6-point health exams, and more. The Von Paws trailer is state of the art, with air conditioning and heat to keep your dogs comfortable and safe year around. We pride ourselves in being a stress free and cage free facility - Your dog can stretch out, relax, and enjoy all of the pampering that they deserve.
ABOUT THE OWNER
Helping animals stay healthy and happy is my drive in life.
Hi! My name is Jen. Animals have always been a passionately integral aspect of my life. I grew up in the agriculture community in Eastern Colorado, spending my youth in 4-H by showing and producing livestock. In my adult years, I held positions in animal rescue, equestrian stables, boarding facilities, and veterinary assistance.
In 2013, I began the journey of owning and operating my own mobile dog washing business. My many years of devotion in the industry have culminated into a well-rounded skill set for animal husbandry.
Today, I live with my incredible husband and our large menagerie near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. We share our lives with two dogs -a great dane and a cane corso, two cats, one goat, one horse, one lizard, and a collection of mini rex rabbits that I show in conformation classes. My hobbies outside of work included riding my horse, archery, camping, hiking, cooking, reading, and creating art (I also make custom colored pencil pet portraits! You can check them out at www.BrunettiFineArt.com). Learning is another passion of mine. Veterinary science, biology, philosophy, psychology, and astronomy are my favorite subjects to study.
I am licensed and certified in IAOTH canine and feline psychology and Pet CPR/First Aid. I'm also in the process of obtaining my certificate as a Fear Free Handler. I am constantly striving to expand my knowledge by attending lectures, classes, and completing additional certifications.
